I didn't receive my PayPal reward?
Please take note of the status of your PayPal reward shown on the Rewards history page. If "Pending", it has not yet been processed. If "Completed", it has been processed.
If your PayPal reward has been marked as Completed, please note that PayPal itself can experience delays for up to 30 minutes. Please also check your email to see if you have to accept/claim the payment.
Please create a Support ticket if your PayPal reward hasn't been received within 30 minutes of the Completed date.
